So I ordered this beanie because we were expecting some freezing weather and I was due to get myself a little treat. It arrived faster than the 15 day processing as mentioned on the website. However when it arrived it was wayyyyy too small. It seemed as though it was made in a child’s size. However, the stitching and the quality of the beanie were beautiful even though it was too small. I reached out to the owner via email and also over her instagram page and received a reply within an hour! She was super courteous and informed me that I wasn’t the only one having issues with this product. She said that they are making adjustments and I will be receiving a replacement shortly free of charge! I was super happy with the way this was handled and will definitely be purchasing from Divine Collective again, so long as the replacement works out alright. <3
