Shirt is so soft and perfect!

Product was perfect, after I finally got it

Submitted my order on 11/21/23. On 12/8 I reached out to see what typical shipping times are and was told "My processing time is 10-15 business days! I am waiting for blanks to arrive to complete your order." Was totally cool with that & I understood! I waited until 2/9/24 to reach out again because I still hadn't received my order. I never got a response to my email, but received a shipping notification on 2/15 that it was on the way. The quality of the t shirt is good & as expected. But I would have like to not have waited so long & to have better communication, especially when new products were being advertised in between the time of my first email and my second. I am a small business owner myself, so I get it. I probably wouldn't be taking the time to outline all of this in a review if I had received a response to my second email explaining the delay or simply apologizing.
